• Required: name, email (login ID), password (stored encrypted)
• For payment and settlement: depositor name; and, when requesting invoice issuance, business registration number, business name, representative, and contact information
• Collected automatically: access logs, order and top-up history

SocialUp uses the personal information it collects only for member identification and authentication, provision of the Service and order processing, payment, refunds, and invoice issuance, responding to customer inquiries, and preventing fraudulent use.

As a general rule, personal information is destroyed without delay upon a member's withdrawal; however, where retention is required under applicable law, it is retained as follows.

• Records of contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• Records of payment and supply of goods: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)

SocialUp does not provide personal information to outside parties without the User's consent, except where required by law or requested lawfully by an investigative agency.

Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period has elapsed or the purpose of processing has been achieved. Electronic files are deleted using a method that prevents recovery, and printed materials are shredded or incinerated.

Users may view or correct their personal information at any time, or request its deletion by withdrawing their membership.
